NAVIS

NAVIS builds the road to autonomous logistics in stages.

The NAVIS roadmap develops along two connected tracks: site readiness and mobility.

On the site readiness track, FlowIQ creates the ground truth for the yard. NAVIS Hub turns that into one operational view for the site, and NAVIS Enterprise connects the same picture across multiple locations and systems.

In parallel, the mobility track starts with FlowIQ as the common understanding layer, then moves into TeleIQ for remote operation and NAVIS Yard for increasingly autonomous vehicle movements.

Each product has value on its own. Together, the two tracks prepare both the site and the vehicles for autonomous logistics, reducing the need for people to remain directly in the loop as operations become more automated.

What the full NAVIS stack, from ground truth to driverless shunting, does to the numbers.

The effects are modelled per site across seven operating domains, with all five NAVIS tiers deployed.

Improvement by domain, in percent better than the modelled baseline, validated with an independent logistics operations advisor.

These seven domains are how NAVIS measures a yard, and every site measures itself a little differently.

If a site tracks performance on a different scorecard, the model adapts to the site rather than the other way round, and if the question is how much of this each tier delivers on its own, that breakdown exists too.
